Sugar is one of the products which can be produced from sugar cane; in this processing the raw material is harvested, chopped and shredded and then sent to be milled for its juice to be drained . Then the juice pass through a complex process to become the sugar that people consume daily.

Crystal Sugar (color 100R BU), considered the whitest sugar ever produced in the country, is sold in the domestic Paraguayan market.
